Who polices Scotland
Scotland has no municipal police department and is covered by Connecticut State Police Troop D. Every arrest in town is a state police arrest.
It is one of the least populated towns in the county, and the practical point for a reader is the same as for its neighbours: the barracks holds your file, and that is the number to call rather than anything local.

After the arrest
