ChargedCT helps people who have just been arrested or charged in Connecticut reach a criminal defense attorney fast. You send one short form with the basics of your situation, no details about what happened, and it goes to a defense attorney who practices in the court where your case is. There is nothing to pay to send it.
Who owns it
ChargedCT was built and is owned by Baber Law, LLC, a Connecticut criminal defense firm, and by a Connecticut lawyer who practices in these courts. It is a Connecticut site for Connecticut residents, not a national lead network. During its current phase, inquiries you send go to Baber Law, LLC. As ChargedCT adds participating attorneys, inquiries will route to the attorney who practices in your court, and this page will say so before that changes. Who receives an inquiry
Inquiries sent through this site go to Baber Law, LLC, which owns and operates ChargedCT. ChargedCT expects to add participating attorneys who pay an advertising fee to receive inquiries, and this page will change when that happens.
